Beyond Law Group’s specialist family law practice, McAlister Family Law, is looking for a paralegal or legal assistant to join their award winning Public Children Team. McAlister Family Law is Beyond Law Group’s multi-award winning specialist practice based in the heart of Manchester. The role involves assisting in the management of a varied range of Public Children Law cases. On a day to day basis the role would include drafting documents, instructing counsel / medical experts, liaising with our clients, attending court and general legal support to the fee earner.
Our existing paralegals/legal assistants come from a wide background which include those who are degree educated looking to qualify as solicitors to others who have worked in Family Law for many years. For this role we would ideally require an individual who has practical experience of working in family law, but training will be provided and other legal experience will be considered.
