Our clients are assigned to a dedicated expert lawyer from the start of the process and will have direct contact with us from the start of the transaction all the way to completion. Clients will never feel their conveyancing is just a process, as the team fully engages with clients throughout their transaction, keeping you involved and updated at all times.

For a client to speak directly to a conveyancer is uncommon. Clients often struggle to find a conveyancer with our level of accessibility, where you can WhatsApp, ring or email us directly and get a response quickly and easily.

We also do not over promise and under-deliver. Any proposed timescales will be discussed with you at the outset and will always be based on dates that can be achievable to avoid disappointment later down the line.

We have invested heavily in cutting-edge technology to create considerable efficiencies for clients, including the introduction of facial recognition technology to carry out ID checks on clients’ mobile phones.
