About Cordelia
Cordelia is Director head of Home Residential Property Law and has worked in residential conveyancing since 2005.
Cordelia has experience in dealing with a vast range of property matters, including domestic sales and purchases (both leasehold and freehold), lease extensions, shared ownership, buy-to-let, remortgages, new build developments, help-to-buy, and transfers of equity. Throughout her career Cordelia has acted for a broad range of clients ranging from high net worth individuals, property investors with extensive portfolios through to first time buyers. Cordelia prioritises building a strong working relationship with each and every client ensuring the service they receive is tailored to their requirements.
As a result of this tailored approach Cordelia has built strong working relationships with many estate agents and brokers across Manchester, Cheshire and London.
Having worked in Central London for many years Cordelia is very experienced in dealing with matters that are time sensitive; recently exchanging a £3.5 million leasehold purchase within 6 hours of receipt of contract papers.
