Christopher has been resolving disputes for over 20 years and is a qualified mediator.
Christopher has particular expertise in Construction, Property, Partnership and Shareholder disputes, as well as general commercial disputes. His experience also includes dealing with injunctions and he has dealt with cross-border disputes.
As well as using the well-known route of court proceedings, Christopher has skills and expertise in the alternative forms of dispute resolution such as Arbitration, Mediation, Adjudication, Expert Determination and Early Neutral Evaluation.
Christopher previously headed up a litigation team of a Legal 200 law firm, delivering financial growth, improved profitably and expanding the team’s expertise.
