About Jack
Jack is a Solicitor at Beyond Law Group, having joined Beyond Corporate as a Paralegal. Jack’s role within the corporate team enabled him to assist senior fee earners on M&A and business structuring matters.
Having graduated with a named honours in Commercial Law from Oxford Brookes University, Jack acquired experience in a wide range of legal disciplines including trusts, commercial and insurance law. On return from traveling, Jack studied the LLM and LPC at BPP University (Manchester) whilst working in-house within commercial contracts. Following completion thereof, Jack undertook a role in insurance support for a top international law firm within their Manchester office.
Originally from Warwick, Jack’s working career has been spread between the Midlands and the North-West. He looks forward to the professional development opportunities which the ever-growing ‘Northern legal hub’ will afford him.
Having already gained hands-on transactional experience through exposure to a diverse range of client businesses, Jack looks forward to carrying such momentum into his career at Beyond Corporate.
