About James
James is Head of the Commercial team and has recently been promoted to Managing Partner of Beyond Corporate, making him one of the youngest Managing Partners in the region. James specialises in commercial contracts and Intellectual Property and has extensive in-house experience. James advises clients ranging from fast-growth start-ups to globally listed companies on a full range of commercial agreements, IP, distribution, franchising, data and day-to-day commercial issues.
Highly experienced in dealing with manufacturing, services and consumer-facing agreements, James has particular expertise in the retail sector, with a strong track record in acting for food & beverage and clothing retail clients, as well as being in-house counsel for an international fashion group.
