Mark is a Partner in the Corporate team, boasting nearly 20 years of practice experience at both boutique and international firms.
His practice primarily revolves around corporate transactional work, representing private investors, owner-managed businesses, and SMEs across various sectors, both locally in the North-West and nationally. He has particularly honed specialisms in financial services, telecoms, and healthcare.
With a pragmatic and hardworking approach, Mark leads on a wide range of corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and general corporate governance matters. He also regularly tackles complex finance and banking work.
Mark’s can-do attitude shines through in his ability to manage and drive transactions from beginning to end. He takes pleasure in supporting businesses at different stages of their life cycle, from start-up and investment to growth and ultimate exit for stakeholders. He prides himself on developing solid and trusted relationships with clients along the way, believing that no job is too big or too small, and always looking at the bigger picture.
Having been with Beyond Corporate since its inception, Mark has played a pivotal role in numerous significant transactions for key clients, including CorpAcq, Benchmark Capital (part of the Schroders group), New Care, Sale Sharks, and Pimberly.
