Millie Brookes

Millie serves as a paralegal in the corporate team at Beyond Corporate, having joined the company in January 2021. Her role primarily involves assisting senior fee earners on transactions.

Working at Beyond Law Group has provided Millie with valuable hands-on transactional experience and has facilitated the further development of her skills. She collaborates with both junior and senior members of the team, gaining beneficial experience in client interaction and involvement in various stages of transactions. Since joining the team, Millie has contributed to a diverse range of matters including sales, acquisitions, and company restructuring.

Prior to her role at Beyond Law Group, Millie completed her undergraduate degree in law at the University of Lincoln. During her studies, she embarked on a year-long study abroad program at Radboud University in the Netherlands, focusing on European and International Law modules. Subsequently, she pursued the LPC with an accompanying master’s in professional legal practice at the University of Law in Manchester, where she began to cultivate a focus on corporate and commercial law.
