About Molly

Molly began working at Beyond Law Group at the end of 2021 as a paralegal in the commercial team. She assisted the team on a wide range of matters involving commercial agreements, franchising, intellectual property, data and marketing law. Her experience in the team has sparked her keen interest for pursing a career in commercial law.

After six months with Beyond Molly was offered a training contract and she began her role as a trainee solicitor in September 2022. Her first seat was with the children team assisting with public law care proceedings from both the perspective of the local authority and for the child. This has given her invaluable transferrable skills that she can implement in her future career. She then returned to Beyond Corporate to finish her training contract, and has since qualified as a solicitor in commercial law.

Alongside her work at Beyond, Molly is studying the Legal Practice Course on a part-time basis, for which she has chosen business-based electives including commercial and intellectual property.

Working at Beyond has allowed Molly to gain confidence as a legal professional, develop her core skills and achieve her goal to qualify as a solicitor.

Prior to working at Beyond Molly worked at a boutique commercial law firm based in Manchester, having gained her law conversion degree at the end of 2020. Before deciding on law, Molly gained experience in marketing and customer relations while working for a high-end burger brand in London, after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in history from King’s College London.
