William, a natural problem-solver, firmly believes that every dispute, no matter how seemingly similar on the surface, harbors unique nuances that can significantly influence its outcome. Identifying these distinctions and crafting tailored strategies, which not only address the intricacies of the legal landscape but also seamlessly align with the individual and commercial goals of his clients, are at the forefront of his professional pursuit.
His journey in law began with a BA in History & Politics from the University of Sussex, where he topped his year group. William pursued his legal education, earning a Commendation in the GDL and completing a full-time LPC with Distinction at the University of Law in Exeter, while accumulating practical experience in litigation and commercial conveyancing as a Paralegal. Additionally, his career includes valuable time spent as an Auxiliary Nurse for the NHS, especially during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, when he was asked to return to care for patients in intensive care.
William honed his legal skills during his Training Contract at Trowers & Hamlins LLP in the South-West, gaining exposure in Property Litigation, Investment & Development, Commercial Litigation, Employment & Pensions, and Corporate & Commercial. In November 2023, he joined the Dispute Resolution Team at Beyond Corporate as a Solicitor. Within this role, he has contributed to various cases encompassing debt recovery, commercial contract disputes, shareholders’ disputes, professional negligence, and boundary disputes.
