Working as a paralegal at Beyond Law Group is a fantastic way to increase your understanding of a law firm, boost commercial awareness and create important relationships with other paralegals, solicitors and partners. Working as a paralegal in one of our specialist practices will provide you with hands on experience in the running of diverse cases, which, compared to traditional roles of paralegals, will set you apart from your peers.
Support
We strive to give paralegals access to the experience they want and need in their chosen field, allowing them to grow in confidence and capability whilst learning from our accomplished, high calibre practitioners. Our mentoring programme with senior members outside of an immediate team offers personal support whilst expanding your professional relationships. The Group encourages monthly 1-2-1’s with supervisors and yearly appraisals for bespoke guidance and assistance with reaching your set targets.
Development
By recognising that, not only within a team, but for your own personal development, communication is key, we endeavour to establish open relationships between paralegals and those in more senior roles across the Group.
You will have the ability to work closely with partners, getting first-hand experience across multiple sectors.
From the very start of your career at the Group, you will receive monthly soft skill and technical bespoke training, delivered directly from partners. The Group actively promotes the expansion and development of your business network, offering networking events/socials to all paralegals.

As well as being given uncommon independence with your work, you will fundamentally be working within a team of people who you can learn from. We are a team of people who want each other to succeed, and we know that in order to do so and obtain the best possible outcome for our clients, we must ensure that paralegals also feel supported in their role.
