About Agata
Agata joined the team at Beyond Law Group having trained and practiced at a boutique family law firm in Cheshire. Prior to committing to a career in family law, She had worked as a paralegal at an international business law firm in Manchester across their Corporate and Private Client departments.
Agata has experience in advising clients on all aspects of relationship breakdowns including divorce, financial settlements and cohabitation matters. She specialises in disputes relating to complex child arrangements and highly contested applications under section 8 of the Children Act, including serious allegations of harm.
Agata is passionate about working with people and achieving child focussed results for her clients. She helps them navigate through emotionally taxing situations with empath and confidence whilst remaining professional and pragmatic in her advice from start to finish. Agata is very transparent about the processes involved and great at explaining matters in clear and understandable terms.
