I am highly experienced, tenacious family lawyer with a breadth and depth of experience dealing with complex divorce, financial and children disputes spanning almost 20 years.
I am known for being personable, empathetic and courageous with the determination to achieve my client’s objectives and the best result for them.
I have a broad range of experience dealing with multi-cultural divorces and multi-jurisdictional cases including in the USA, China, Pakistan and Iran most including cases where English is a second language.
has been involved in both complex financial cases including A v A [2018] EWFC B42 and complex Children Act cases including an Appeal involving findings of Parental Alienation resulting in a change of residence.
I have acted for professional men and women throughout my career and I have extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with both married and unmarried financial disputes involving complex business assets and family dynamics.
I studied Law at the University of Hull before qualifying as solicitor becoming a Resolution Accredited Specialist and Collaborative Lawyer in 2010.
Most of my work stems from recommendations from previous clients and colleagues both past and present alike.
I was previously a partner and head of the Family department at a Manchester City Centre firm and also in a former role headed the Private Family Law team.
