About Emma
Emma joined McAlister Family Law in September 2018 and is currently studying with the University of Law as a Solicitor Apprentice which will qualify her as a Solicitor.
In her role as Legal Apprentice, Emma manages complex family cases, including child protection matters often involving neglect, substance abuse, domestic violence, forced marriage protection and non-accidental injury.
Emma undertakes all aspects of file management on her caseload, whilst ensuring full compliance with Court directions. She has an extremely keen eye for detail and excellent organisation and time-management skills.
