About Georgina
Georgina joined the team at McAlister Family Law having trained and practiced at a firm in Stockport. She has over 10 years of experience in family law having started out as a Paralegal before completing the Solicitor Apprenticeship Programme with the University of Law. This has allowed her to gain valuable experience and practice family law whilst obtaining her qualifications to become a Solicitor.
Her family law experience has included all aspects of Children matters including disputes between parents and representing parents within court proceedings brought by the local authority. Georgina also has some experience in matrimonial law and advising clients following the breakdown of their marriage. Georgina specialises in Children matters and cases that involve serious allegations of harm.
Georgina’s experience has meant that she has dealt with a wide range of cases and client’s who are navigating complex and emotional issues. She deals with these issues with empathy and with her client at the forefront.
