About Heather
Heather has five years’ experience in working in family law in divorce, finances, and private children law having trained in these areas before qualifying in 2019. Heather’s work includes divorce cases, cases where a financial claim is made on behalf of a child, drafting agreements to regulate the financial relationship between couples, and dealing with disputes about child arrangements.
Heather prides herself on working to understand what is most important to each of her clients, whether it be keeping their house or getting to see their child play sports. This means that she tailors her approach to each case so she can can work towards the result each client wants which is not always immediately obvious. Heather’s approach is thorough, and she aims to take the heat out of the sensitive situations that lead people to seek out legal help. At the same time, however, she is not afraid to robustly pursue her client’s interests. Heather always keeps in mind the end goal and the value of reaching a resolution to your legal issue as soon as possible.
Heather works regularly with police, with professionals, and with people from all over the country. Her clients have included sportsmen, entrepreneurs, doctors, and their spouses. Her cases range from families with modest assets to High-Net-Worth individuals.
