About Lisa
Lisa has over 15 years of experience covering a wide range of family law matters and acting for clients all over the world.
Lisa believes that having the right family law advice and the right adviser for you can make a huge difference not only to the outcome of your case but also on how prepared and able to cope with the process you are.
Most of her clients are going through a period of upheaval and change and she believes it is of the utmost importance that she provides not only emotional support but pragmatic and commercial advice. Lisa is firmly of the view that it is important that you have a family lawyer who you trust to help you move forwards to your future in the very best way that you can.
Lisa has significant experience of acting in cases with complex business and/ or trust structures and those with an international element. She has acted for individuals in the public eye and in cases with arguments about conduct including dissipation of assets and “add backs”.
Lisa also has expertise in drafting and advising on separation agreements, prenuptial agreements and postnuptial agreements together with dealing with variation of maintenance cases.
As well as married couples, and those who have been in or are in a civil partnership, Lisa also acts for parties who have been cohabiting and/ or might have claims for children under Schedule 1 Children Act.
Whilst the focus of her practice is now on financial matters, Lisa also has significant experience in acting in private children law matters including relocation cases.
