About Martha
In 2023, Martha graduated from Keele University with a Law degree (LLB Hons).
During her studies, she engaged in volunteer work as a Community Legal Companion under the CLOCK scheme. This experience enabled her to conduct client interviews, provide guidance, and assist litigants in addressing their legal issues.
Moreover, Martha’s passion for Human Rights law led her to work as a research assistant, focusing on this area. She also had the privilege of being appointed as a research fellow at the University of Trento.
Whilst completing her degree, Martha took on the role of a family law administrator at a respected local firm. This position allowed her to immerse herself in family law matters with practical experience.
Martha joined McAlister Family Law in June 2023 as a paralegal. In this role she deals with private divorce and finance cases, working closely with solicitors to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Martha’s ultimate aspiration is to qualify as a family law solicitor, and she is committed to achieving this goal by undertaking the LPC.
