About Molly
Molly graduated from Newcastle University in 2016 with a law degree, before joining boutique family law firm Merrick as a legal assistant.
After some travelling, she then completed her LPC at BPP Manchester in 2019, and joined the family department of Chafes Hague Lambert Solicitors where she trained for over 2 years as a paralegal/trainee solicitor.
Upon completing her training contract in 2021, Molly returned to Merrick and qualified as a solicitor in January 2022. She was promoted to associate in January 2024.
Molly joined the team at McAlister Family Law in May 2024 as a solicitor and in her role, she advises clients on all aspects of family law – divorce, children and finance.
She is also gaining more experience at the firm dealing with work relating to unmarried couples, including TOLATA, Schedule 1 claims and cohabitation agreements.
Molly recognises that every family is different, and enjoys working with a wide range of clients. She prides herself on being firm but empathetic in her approach.
