About Paul
Paul is experienced in dealing with all aspects of relationship breakdowns, including divorce and finances, cohabitation, children matters and domestic abuse matters, and his friendly and positive manner provides comfort and reassurance to his clients. Prior to joining McAlister Family Law, Paul was Head of Family Law at Hilary Meredith Solicitors, and his expertise and excellent reputation have resulted in receiving instructions from clients not only in Cheshire but throughout the UK.
Paul has assisted many people who have served in the Armed Forces and as such is known as the go-to expert for all Family Law by many military and ex-military personnel.
His knowledge of, and familiarity with, a variety of support groups available for those who have served in the Armed Forces also allows him to offer more than just legal services to those who have served.
Paul adopts a straightforward and pragmatic approach but is always mindful of the need to handle family law matters sensitively; this is why he is considered a skilled and effective litigator. Paul is a firm believer in putting children first in any case where a child or children are involved.
