Holly’s recruitment marks another key milestone in Beyond Corporate’s growth and reflects the Dispute Resolution team’s ongoing commitment to providing top-tier legal services.
Holly brings with her a wealth of experience in resolving disputes, including breach of contract and debt claims, alongside a solid track record in contentious probate cases involving wills and trusts. Her expertise spans litigation through the Courts and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods such as mediation and without prejudice meetings. Holly’s experience working across diverse sectors, including professional services, food and retail, financial services and construction, will be instrumental in further expanding Beyond Corporate’s ability to take on a wider range of cases.
In her role at Beyond Corporate, Holly will be dealing with a wide array of disputes, including debt recovery, commercial contract disputes and shareholders’ disputes, adding valuable capacity to an already growing team. The expansion of the Dispute Resolution team has been a strategic focus for Beyond Corporate, particularly since the appointment of Partner Alison Rocca in 2024, who has already made a significant impact. Holly’s addition further strengthens the team and will enable the practice to support an even broader base of clients while continuing to uphold the high level of service and expertise that Beyond Corporate is known for.
