Beyond Corporate is delighted to announce the appointment of Gareth Noonan as a new Associate Partner in its rapidly expanding Construction team, further reinforcing the practice’s reputation for excellence in the built environment sector.
Gareth’s appointment marks the first step in the team’s next phase of substantial growth. The Construction team, led by James Flynn, has seen significant expansion over recent years, driven by client demand and a clear focus on delivering commercial, practical advice. With Gareth on board, the team is now even better positioned to handle a broader range of complex matters, expand its client base and grow a more diverse portfolio of work across the UK and internationally.
Gareth has specialised in construction law for ten years and joins Beyond Corporate following several years with an international firm, including a year in the Middle East. His experience spans both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, representing developers, main contractors, sub-contractors and consultants in relation to construction agreements and disputes involving delay, defects, variations, payment issues and final accounts.
Where early resolution is not possible, Gareth has represented clients in adjudication, arbitration, litigation, mediation and expert determination. On the transactional side, he is highly experienced in advising on standard form contracts and previously worked in-house on secondment with a Tier 1 Contractor – giving him a well-rounded understanding of the commercial realities faced by clients.
