Beyond Law Group announces the appointment of solicitor, Molly Souter, to its specialist family practice, McAlister Family Law.
Beyond Law Group’s leading North-West family practice, McAlister Family Law, has appointed Molly Souter to its award-winning Divorce and Finance team, following its strongest period of growth.
McAlister Family Law has continued to cement its reputation as the go-to family law practice in the North-West, having climbed the rankings in Legal 500 and Chambers year on year and, most recently, being named Family Team of the Year at the Manchester Legal Awards for the third year running.
Molly is the fifth recruit into the Divorce and Finance team this year. The investment of talent into McAlister Family Law’s highly specialist team supports McAlister Family Law’s vision of being the number one family and children law practice across the country, not just the North-West.
Molly held roles at Chafes Hague Lambert and Merrick Family Law before joining the specialist Divorce and Finance team at McAlister Family Law. Molly’s role will predominantly be to advise high net worth clients on matters related to complex financial divorce settlements, which include business assets, partnerships, trusts and unusual pensions such as SSASs and FURBS.
McAlister Family Law is a specialist practice of Beyond Law Group whose concept brings specialist corporate and consumer legal services together. The practice owns and manages three specialist legal practices: Beyond Corporate Law, McAlister Family Law and Home Property Law.
