Home Property Law, the specialist residential property practice of Beyond Law Group, is delighted to announce the appointment of Sadia Rahman as Associate Partner. Based at the Group’s Manchester headquarters, Sadia will play a key role in expanding the practice’s residential property services across the North West and supporting the team’s strong trajectory of growth in 2025.
With over two decades of experience in residential property, Sadia qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and has previously led conveyancing departments at two prominent firms. Her expertise spans a comprehensive range of residential transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, buy-to-let, remortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, auction properties, Shariah-compliant finance, new build developments and unregistered land.
Sadia’s arrival reinforces Home Property Law’s commitment to strategic growth following a successful start to the year. She is the second Associate Partner to be appointed this year following the recruitment of Rachel Hudson in March 2025. The team already has a strong presence in Cheshire and London, and having Sadia based in Manchester city centre gives the practice even greater scope to diversify into new markets and broaden its regional reach. Her role will enhance the practice’s ability to meet increasing demand and continue delivering exceptional client service.
