Beyond Law Group is celebrating a record 15 promotions across the business, highlighting its commitment to nurturing talent and developing leadership across all areas of the Group.
The promotions recognise the dedication and expertise of the Group’s legal and central services teams, with career progression recognised at every level. Legal promotions include three Partners, three Senior Associates, five Associates and two Senior Paralegals, reflecting the depth of talent across the Group and its commitment to rewarding excellence and professional development.
The Group has also strengthened its legal marketing leadership. Beth Cregan, previously named the North West’s Young Marketing Professional of the Year by Insider Media, has been promoted to Head of Marketing & Communications, making her one of the youngest in-house legal marketing leads in the region. Olivia Gilmore, who joined the Group’s marketing team in May 2025 as Marketing Assistant, has been promoted to Marketing Executive and will support in delivering the business’ marketing strategy and vision.
Over the past year, Beyond Law Group has continued its expansion, launching two new specialist practices – Vault Private Client and Hawkswell Kilvington – and opening new offices in Leeds and Liverpool.
