Leading North-West law firm, Beyond Law Group, has announced the launch of its premium, specialist residential property practice, Home Property Law. Based in Cheshire, Manchester and London, the specialist team will provide best in class service to homeowners who are looking for cutting edge, personalised service when undertaking residential property transactions.
The Group has already established two award-winning specialist legal practices, Beyond Corporate and McAlister Family Law and now seeks to boost its consumer offering with the launch of Home Property Law.
Beyond Law Group previously invested in a small residential property practice which predominantly looked after the needs of existing clients and contacts. Due to growing customer demand for tailor made, high quality residential property services, the Group has now refocused its customer proposition to be able to meet such demand.
Home Property Law has already achieved its Law Society CQS and Lexel accreditations and is now able to provide advice and assistance in more complex cases due to the level of experience and expertise within the team.
The Group has taken steps to overhaul its direction of the practice, implementing a new leadership and wider management team to drive the practice forward with momentum. Amanda McAlister who leads the Groups consumer practices will oversee the growth and development of the team with the support of Cordelia Grassby who has been appointed as Director.
Having previously worked in Central London, Cordelia is one of the country’s most highly regarded residential property specialists and has built strong working relationships with many estate agents and brokers across Manchester, Cheshire and London.
Charlie Cunningham-Reid, Director at Chestertons Estate Agents in London, commented: “I have assisted with the sale of over 450 sales of flats and houses in prime Central London and have therefore seen my fair share of conveyancing solicitors. Cordelia Grassby is without question number one on my team’s list of recommended solicitors. Her speed, communication, diligence, commercial and legal creativity are unmatched in the market.”
Cordelia is currently supported by a team of five newly recruited residential property experts and the Group has plans to double the size of her team over the next six months.
Cordelia Grassby Director at Home Property Law, added: “The market is calling out for a high quality, specialist residential property practice and our business model and unique approach meets this demand perfectly. Home Property Law has a real opportunity to be the number one residential property practice not only in the Northwest, but in the country, and I’m delighted to be at the forefront of the growth and future success of the practice.”
Amanda McAlister, who leads the Group’s consumer practices, comments: “Cordelia will be a key driver in the success of Home Property Law; her local knowledge and key contacts within the residential property sector set her apart from other conveyancing lawyers in the area and will ensure our clients receive a premium, personalised service. The Group’s investment in Home Property Law will also support and bolster the services we provide to our clients within our existing consumer-facing practice, McAlister Family Law.”
