About Sereyvudd
Sereyvudd is a solicitor at McAlister Family Law. He qualified in July 2020 and has worked in public and private areas of Family Law. Sereyvudd’s parents are divorced themselves, his mother going through a difficult divorce has provided him insight into the struggles that people face when going through such an experience.
Sereyvudd’s interest in law began after his parents were going through their divorce, having completed work experience at his first law firm he was able to progress from there, being hand selected out of 90 students during college to attend Manchester Crown Court for one week which provided him with an insight into the life of Court staff. Sereyvudd deals with private law child arrangements as well as non-molestation orders and representing parents during care proceedings.
Sereyvudd has worked closely with women’s refuges in the past, assisting with urgent non-molestation orders. Most of his experience comes from working with parents during care proceedings and he has worked with FDAC previously which is a newly piloted court format, aimed at assisting parents and monitoring proceedings more closely during proceedings.
Sereyvudd currently works on the Lancashire County Council Team, representing the Local Authority on a regular basis and assisting them with proceedings before the Court.
