Beyond Corporate continues to grow its award-winning corporate offering with the appointment of solicitor, Alana Pearson.
Beyond Corporate is home to the North-West’s number one team for national and international corporate clients, delivering commercially focused strategic and technical advice with a human perspective and emotional intelligence.
The team has led on some of the largest corporate transactions in the North West over the last 12 months and was recently named “Corporate Law Firm of the Year” at the NW Dealmakers Awards 2024, having been shortlisted among some of the region’s largest national and international law firms.
The business is committed to developing the careers of its young talent across all teams, as well as recruiting strong, experienced and rounded junior lawyers with the philosophy of not just being good at law but being good lawyers.
Alana will work across M&A matters and Private Equity transactions, as well as supporting on general corporate governance and reorganisations for companies.
Alana’s exceptional personality and multi-sector experience will help to develop the team’s reputation and its growing portfolio of clients, as well as supporting Beyond Corporate’s position as the go-to practice in Manchester for high growth scale up businesses.
