Beyond Law Group’s specialist family law practice, McAlister Family Law, welcomes experienced children law specialist, Georgina Howe, to its award-winning children team and Gurdev Makan Singh (“Mak”) to its specialist divorce and finance team.

Georgina joins the children team with over 10 years’ experience in family law, dealing with a wide range of cases and clients who are navigating highly complex children matters. Georgina deals with all aspects of Children law including disputes between parents and more specifically, cases that involve serious allegations of harm.
Mak joins McAlister Family Law’s highly experienced and reputable Divorce and Finance team as a solicitor, dealing with all types of family law matters with a keen interest in divorces with complex asset structures such as shares in limited companies, commercial properties, complex SSAS and public sector pension funds. Mak also has experience in dealing with cases with modest asset pots.

Ruth Hetherington, Head of the Private Children team, was also named Partner of the Year in 2024.
