Beyond Law Group’s specialist corporate and commercial practice, Beyond Corporate, appoints Martin Blaylock as Senior Associate in its expanding Real Estate team

Beyond Law Group’s leading North-West corporate and commercial practice, Beyond Corporate, has appointed Martin Blaylock as Senior Associate in the practice’s Real Estate team amid what has been a very successful period of development.

Martin has worked in the real estate sector for over 10 years, dealing with a wide variety of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, option and pre-emption agreements, secured lending, landlord and tenant transactions such as the grant and surrender of leases as well as associated estate management advice. Martin has advised a range of clients including business owners, corporate entities, pension schemes, charities and entrepreneurs in the industrial, retail and office sectors.

Martin’s appointment comes following another successful year of growth for Beyond Corporate and its Real Estate Team. Beyond Corporate’s Real Estate Team made The Legal 500 rankings in both 2022 and 2023, with the team’s highlights including instructions on various build to rent projects with a combined value in excess of £500 million. Additionally, the team has led on numerous care sector projects which together have a combined value of over £100 million and further acquisitions of hotel restaurant units to fuel the continued expansion of the Gino D’Acampo restaurant chain.
