Beyond Law Group continues to support its talent at all levels as it announces its 2024 promotions list

Beyond Law Group has announced six promotions following the most successful year to date for the Group and its specialist practices: Beyond Corporate, McAlister Family Law and Beyond Conveyancing.

Beyond Law Group’s people are at the centre of its value system and it is for this reason that the business places a significant focus on growing, nurturing, and rewarding its talent at all levels.

Beyond Law Group’s 2024 promotions list sees the promotion of Clint Nichols to Director of Costs and specialist children lawyer, Charlotte Francis, to Associate. In addition, Divorce and Finance expert, Frances Bentley has been promoted to Senior Associate. Clint, Charlotte, and Frances are lawyers in the Group’s specialist, award-winning family and children practice, McAlister Family Law.

Within the Group’s specialist corporate and commercial practice, Beyond Corporate, Angeliki Kotsidou has been promoted to Senior Associate, Shaun Little has been promoted to Associate and Davina Mordanti to senior paralegal The promotions follow the promotion of James Corlett to Managing Partner of Beyond Corporate in 2023; a move that is enabling the management team at Beyond Corporate to further develop as the practice grows.

The promotions come shortly after Beyond Law Group recently announced it has offered training contracts to three of its talented paralegals, sending a clear message that it is focussed on career development and creating a strong, supportive, and nurturing environment for its people.

Beyond Law Group, which was established in 2017, prides itself on developing and nurturing its own talent and only accepts training contract applications from internal candidates. The Group is also keen to facilitate new pathways to careers in law and break down the barriers to entry, and as such currently sponsors three apprentices, who again – were all internal candidates.
