Beyond Law Group announces the appointment of new Solicitor, Agata Napora, to the Divorce and Finance team of its specialist family and children law practice, McAlister Family Law.

Beyond Law Group’s award-winning family law practice, McAlister Family Law, has boosted its nationally-renowned team with the appointment of solicitor Agata Napora to its Divorce and Finance team, enabling the establishment of a greater and more specialist focus on divorce and finance, as well as private children matters.

The appointment follows the most successful year to date for Beyond Law Group and its specialist practices. McAlister Family Law has continued to grow and diversify into new markets, which is reflected by its increase in revenue and its reputation has the “go to” practice for national media on family law-related issues.

Agata has joined the team at McAlister Family Law having trained and practiced at Sinclair Law, a boutique family law firm in Cheshire. Prior to committing to a career in family law, she had worked as a paralegal at an international business law firm in Manchester across its Corporate and Private Client departments.

Agata has experience in advising clients on all aspects of relationship breakdowns including divorce, financial settlements and cohabitation matters. She specialises in disputes relating to complex child arrangements and highly contested applications under section 8 of the Children Act, including serious allegations of harm.

Agata’s primary focus at McAlister Family Law will see her acting on behalf of clients seeking advice and guidance in relation to child welfare; often acting for grandparents, along with wider family members, to ensure that their voice is heard and Parental Responsibility is obtained when required to protect the child.
