Beyond Law Group’s specialist practice, Beyond Corporate, transacts over £400m worth of Build to Rent developments in 6 months

Beyond Corporate’s impressive portfolio of recent Build to Rent instructions has provided nearly 1,200 new homes in the North West

Over the last six months, the Construction and Real Estate teams at Beyond Corporate have completed deals on over £400m worth of Build to Rent (BtR) developments, providing nearly 1,200 new homes in Manchester and Leeds.

The BtR schemes that the teams have advised on include developments at Spinners Yard (Rise Homes), Rochdale Road (McGoff Group), Stockport College (Cityheart) and Arundel Street (Logik Developments).

Beyond Corporate has been at the forefront of the growth of Build to Rent, particularly in Manchester, advising on the development of thousands of units in the city alone, with 2024 shaping up to be the team’s busiest year yet in the sector.

Beyond Corporate’s team, led by Partner James Flynn, handles all aspects of the BtR lifecycle, including land acquisition, planning agreements, funding, construction, asset management and sales of schemes at any stage of development or completion.

Beyond Corporate has one of the most experienced and fastest growing construction and real estate teams in the North West and provides a boutique client proposition with a level of expertise which would ordinarily be associated with the larger national and international firms. The team has become a go-to destination for major developers and funds involved in the sector.
