About Paula
Paula’s role as Practice Director is to help make sure all areas of the Group run smoothly and our ongoing growth is successful. Paula is directly responsible for the firm’s Compliance, Risk management and Facilities. Paula’s ongoing strategic management, continuous trouble shooting and problem solving behind the scenes enables our lawyers to be 100% focused on delivering results for our clients.
Outside work Paula has two lively Jack Russells and two even more lively Grandchildren who keep her busy. Away from home Paula loves to travel, learning the history, culture – especially the food and wine of a location. Paula has been a committed hiker and completed the national 3 peaks successfully (under 24 hours!) as well as most of the Cumbrian fells.
