About Paula
My role as Practice Director is to help make sure all areas of the Group run smoothly and our ongoing growth is successful. I am directly responsible the firm’s internal HR, Compliance, Risk management and Facilities. My ongoing strategic management, continuous trouble shooting and problem solving behind the scenes enables our lawyers to be 100% focused on delivering results for our clients.
Outside work I have two lively Jack Russells and two even more lively Grandchildren who keep me busy. Away from home I love to travel, learning the history, culture – especially the food and wine of a location. I have been a committed hiker and completed the national 3 peaks successfully (under 24 hours!) as well as most of the Cumbrian fells.
