Beyond Law Group announces the appointment of new solicitor, Shaun Little, into its specialist corporate and commercial practice, Beyond Corporate.

Beyond Law Group’s specialist corporate and commercial practice, Beyond Corporate, has appointed Shaun Little to its corporate team. The recruitment comes on the back of continuing success for Beyond Law Group and Beyond Corporate’s corporate team .

In the last 12 months, Beyond Corporate has more than doubled its headcount and Shaun is the seventh new appointment into the corporate team. The team is establishing itself as the go-to corporate team for high-profile national and international clients who prefer the more boutique approach to client service.

Originally from South Africa, Shaun joins Beyond Corporate from a top 10 international law firm where he completed his training contract and qualified while gaining experience acting for household name clients on large transactions.

Shaun has spent the majority of his time working on M&A transactions but has also assisted clients with equity capital market deals, private equity transactions and internal reorganisations. Shaun has broad commercial experience having spent two years pre-training contract working as a legal assistant at a boutique commercial law firm in London and as a compliance associate for a finance start up in London.
