Beyond Law Group’s specialist corporate and commercial practice, Beyond Corporate, continues its strategic expansion with the appointment of Partner, Adam Pavey, in its employment team.

Beyond Corporate’s Employment team focuses on providing tailor-made support for businesses, HR, people teams and individuals, with a heavy emphasis on strategy and process but valuably minded of reputation and commercial reality.

Adam joins Beyond from a UK Top-100 Law Firm, Bevan Brittan, where he acted for both Claimants and Respondents. He has a particular interest in discrimination law and acts for clients across a range of sectors. Adam’s particular focus is healthcare and over the years has represented doctors and nurses in complex tribunal litigation as well as independent health care providers. 

Adam has been closely involved in the recent focus on menopause discrimination and appeared at the Parliamentary Select Committee in January 2022 to discuss menopause and the workplace. He regularly appears on television and radio to provide expert commentary on current trends and topical issues surrounding Employment law.
