Leadership training programme
At Beyond Law Group, we take pride in our people and believe in investing in our talent to ensure their continued growth and success within the firm. We recognise the importance of effective leadership and management and thus invest time and resources in providing regular training and development opportunities for our staff.
Our leadership and management training programmes are provided to our people across each of our specialist practices, as well as central services, and are designed to equip our staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to become successful leaders. We understand the importance of mentoring and managing junior staff, and we encourage and provide time for our senior staff to work closely with junior staff to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
Team hubs
We operate sector or service focused ‘hubs’ within teams. Our ‘hubs’ provide staff with opportunities to develop more quickly and in a more focused way, as well as providing our people with the opportunity to develop in leading smaller teams. Our ‘hub leaders’ are usually associate-level staff, which provides them with valuable leadership experience at an early stage in their career. Hub leaders are responsible for managing their team’s workload, delegating tasks and providing feedback and support to team members. This experience helps them develop their leadership and management skills, preparing them for more senior roles within the firm.
Progression at every level
We firmly believe that there shouldn’t be a cap on progression within our firm, even at the top. Therefore, we encourage and support the further development of all roles at all levels. We provide our staff with opportunities to take on new challenges and responsibilities and offer continuous training and development to help them grow their skills and knowledge.
