Christelle Elimort Appointed as Senior Associate to Supercharge Growth in Beyond Corporate’s Dispute Resolution Team

Beyond Corporate announces the appointment of Christelle Elimort as Senior Associate in its rapidly expanding Dispute Resolution team. Christelle brings with her a wealth of international legal experience and a strong track record in high-value cross-border disputes, financial litigation and complex investigations.

Over the last 12 months, Beyond Corporate’s Dispute Resolution team has tripled its headcount to support its growing number of complex litigation cases across the UK, including the appointment of Partner Alison Rocca in 2024. The team advises clients on the full spectrum of complex contentious corporate and commercial matters, with an unmatched track record of obtaining results from large Corporates to SMEs and individuals.

Christelle began her legal career in France before moving to Luxembourg, where she spent four years as a Corporate Lawyer specialising in Funds and Capital Markets. During this time, Christelle worked with high-net-worth individuals, venture capital trusts, joint ventures and financial institutions, leading on cross-border restructurings valued up to £380 million across Europe and key international financial jurisdictions.

Following her relocation to the UK, Christelle obtained her GDL and completed the LPC with distinction before qualifying as a solicitor advocate in 2021. She holds Higher Rights of Audience and has significant experience in complex commercial litigation, financial services disputes, international fraud recovery and insolvency proceedings. Most recently, she worked at an international law firm in their Financial Services Disputes and Investigations practice.

Speaking about her appointment, Christelle said: “I’m delighted to be joining Beyond Corporate at such an exciting time of growth. The practice’s collaborative culture, high-quality client work and strong vision for the future truly resonates with me. I look forward to contributing my international experience to further strengthen Beyond Corporate’s dispute resolution offering and support clients through complex legal challenges.”

James Corlett, Managing Partner at Beyond Corporate, commented: “Christelle’s arrival reflects the continued growth and depth of our Dispute Resolution practice. Her international experience, particularly in high-value and cross-border matters, is a significant asset to the team. We’re excited to welcome Christelle and look forward to the impact she will have both with clients and as part of our wider growth strategy.”
