Beyond Law Group’s specialist conveyancing law practice, Home Property Law, is looking for a Paralegal to join and support their conveyancing team.
Home Property Law is Beyond Law Group’s specialist residential conveyancing law practice based in Cheshire and the heart of Manchester. On a day-to-day basis the role would include:
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and solicitors
- Providing quotes and file opening
- Drafting Contract papers
- Assisting with exchange and completion tasks
- Post Completion tasks including registrations
Our existing Paralegals come from a wide range of backgrounds. However, for this role we require applicants to have a keen interest in residential property with a view to developing their career.
