Beyond Law Group announces the appointment of Associate, Rhian Hawkins, into its specialist corporate and commercial practice, Beyond Corporate

Beyond Law Group’s specialist corporate and commercial practice, Beyond Corporate, has appointed Rhian Hawkins as Associate to support the exponential growth of its real estate team.

Rhian’s appointment comes following a successful year of growth for Beyond Corporate’s real estate team. In the last year alone, the team has advised on the construction of 1,700 hotel bedrooms, as well as the development of circa 600 care home beds. The team has also received instructions on over 1,200 residential units in the past year, over 50% from new clients of the firm.

Rhian has worked in the legal sector for more than 10 years. After studying law and completing her Legal Practice Course at The University of Central Lancashire, Rhian joined Harrison Drury as a paralegal in the commercial property team and qualified as a solicitor in 2016.  After qualifying, Rhian quickly worked her way up the ranks at Harrison Drury and was promoted to Associate Solicitor in 2020.

Rhian’s vast experience in commercial property includes in depth knowledge in acquisitions and disposals, property development, secured lending and refinancing, commercial leases and corporate support work.
