About Denice
Denice currently works in McAlister Family Law’s Children’s Legal Aid Team assisting two partners in the day to day running of Guardian cases. She has extensive legal sector experience, and for the past six years has specialised in Public Law Child Care Proceedings, which is something she is extremely passionate about.
Denice has worked at McAlister Family Law for five years, having previously worked within Criminal Defence for 10 years. During her time in Criminal Defence, Denice assisted Counsel and Solicitors alike with various types of cases both Indictable and Summary Offences. It was during this time that her experience in Criminal Defence would lead her to Family Law as there are many transferable skills between the two.
Denice feels that making the transition to Family Law is one of the best decisions that she ever made. Denice loves being able to deal with guardians and counsel and indeed all the various chambers to assist in completing matters. She has the essential skills within family law to assist her in dealing with the Guardians and Counsel.
