About Therasa
Therasa has worked in family law for over a decade having represented a wide range of clients, including local authorities, parents, grandparents and extended family members. She now predominantly specialises in local authority cases and works closely with social workers, building strong relationships and providing pragmatic and clear advice at times which can be very stressful. She often provides this advice on an urgent basis, which means she has developed a style of being able to focus on the key issues at hand in order to reach the best outcome for the child and the client.
Therasa has worked on numerous complex family matters including Non-Accidental Injuries, high level CSE, multifaceted immigration issues, Forced Marriage Protection cases, together with contested adoptions and special Guardianship Orders.
Therasa originally trained to be a Legal Executive via the CILEx course, graduating in 2013. She has since enrolled with the University of Law to complete the SQE1 and 2.
